AGE REQUIREMENT

All renters and additional drivers must be at least 25 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.

INSURANCE POLICY

If you carry full coverage auto insurance, it can typically be transferred to your rental vehicle—regardless of the car’s make or model. We will verify each renter’s coverage to confirm eligibility.
If you don’t have transferable insurance, BNB LUXURY ATL can provide coverage at an additional cost.

In the event of an accident, loss, or damage to the vehicle—regardless of fault—you may be held financially responsible for the full market value of the car, towing/storage/impound fees, administrative costs, and loss-of-use charges.
In case of theft, liability is limited to the fair market value, unless there was negligence, lack of reasonable care, or involvement in the theft.

DRIVER’S LICENSE REQUIREMENT

A valid driver’s license from your state of residence is required and must remain valid throughout the rental period.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Zelle.

LOCAL RENTERS

Local customers within our serviced states are welcome to rent any available vehicle with no restrictions.
Discounts apply for renters with verified, transferable full-coverage auto insurance.

RENTAL DURATION

All rentals are billed in 24-hour cycles.
For example, a rental from Saturday at 9:00 AM is due Monday at 9:00 AM for a 2-day booking.
A 1-hour grace period is granted. After that, a $30/hour late fee will apply.

DEPOSIT & REFUNDS

Deposits are refunded within 1–4 business days after the vehicle passes inspection.
You will receive a full deposit if:

• The vehicle is returned on time

No damage or smoking is detected

The car is returned to the correct location

Deposit will be forfeited if:

• The car is impounded

• Unauthorized drivers operate the vehicle

• Smoking is detected inside the vehicle

ADDITIONAL DRIVERS

You may add additional authorized drivers at the time of rental.
Each must be present, meet age requirements, and show a valid license.
A fee of $15/day per additional driver applies.

NO SMOKING POLICY

All vehicles are strictly non-smoking. Any violation will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations will incur a charge equal to one day’s rental plus taxes and applicable fees.
